Serves as the Director of the Neighborhood Services since 2007 with over twenty-six (26) years of experience in the management of client and community resources in Economic Development, Community Redevelopment, Neighborhood Planning, Library Services and Human Service needs.

In place as the lead for local and regional projects such as; Manatee Economic Development Incentive (EDI) program, Lead sponsor Manatee Millennial Movement (M3) Project, The formation of the Southwest Community Improvement District, Project Manager for the renovation of 17 acre Norma Lloyd Park Project in Bradenton, and author of the 10 year Plan to End Chronic Homelessness for Manatee County, Florida.

A recipient of the 2012 Tampa Bay Business Journal, Government Business Women of the Year, 2011 American Association of University Women Manatee “making great strides in government” award, 2009 NAACP Government Humanitarian award and the 1997 Manatee Community Council for Children Child Advocate of the Year.
