Emily A. Lewis
Senior Neighborhood Programs Specialist


Originally from Minneapolis, Emily joined the City of Henderson in 2002 and currently works as the Senior Neighborhood Programs Specialist for Neighborhood Services.  As a mediator, she assists Henderson residents in resolving neighborhood disputes outside of the court system. Additionally, Emily manages multiple enhancement programs, designs outreach campaigns, and leads the City’s employee volunteer program.

Emily has her Bachelor’s degree in business and is currently working on her master's degree in counseling. She was certified as a community mediator through the Clark County Neighborhood Justice Center and received public involvement training through the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2). An alumnus of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce Leadership Henderson class of 2007, she stays involved with the community through organizations such as  S.A.F.E. House, World Experience Foreign Exchange Program, and One Family Animal Sanctuary.
