Joe Brehm
Community Engagement Administrator, Round Rock, Texas


Joe Brehm is the Community Engagement Administrator for the City of Round Rock, Texas. In this role he is responsible for helping Round Rock’s 105,000 residents in 75 organized neighborhoods help create a sense of community, improve curb appeal of homes, address safety concerns and help provide a voice for neighborhoods in his local government. Joe considers himself a connoisseur of best practices for all things neighborhood. He is a graduate of Arizona State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Justice Studies and a master’s degree in Public Administration. His program, the Tool Lending Center recently won second place in the NUSA Best Neighborhood Program category.
