Millennial. Creative. Catalyst. Dreamer. World Citizen. Meme Lover. Recently graduated with her Master of Public Administration Degree and currently pursuing an MBA, Simone does what she loves – building partnerships, engage with the local community, and design work – with Manatee County Government. Simone has used her expertise in marketing and design to establish the first social network for the department to engage the community. She serves as the Editor-in-Chief for Neighborhood Connections, a magazine that goes out to over 4,000 residents, among others. Favorite quote: “Teamwork makes the dream work.”

Simone recently graduated from the University of South Florida with her Masters in Public Administration and is currently enrolled in their Masters of Business Administration. She is an accomplished Toastmaster and is one of the four founders of the Manatee Millennial Movement or M3. She spends her days working directly with citizens to improve neighborhoods in Manatee County, Florida and has dedicated the last year to overcoming barriers to young professionals in the housing, human resources and citizen engagement area.
