Question: In our neighborhoods, how do we manage the most visible blight element, re-occurring high grass and weeds, at over 9,000 vacant and abandoned properties?

Answer: Grounds Services discusses how the effective use of resources, valuing team partners, strategic planning and accountability will close the gap between planning, implementation, performance and neighborhood impact. Lifeline to Success, a successful community organization, highlights the benefits of partnering with City government to sustain neighborhood improvements in blighted communities.
